Explore Electro Craft with initiator Tord Boontje and Professor Gareth Williams, who wrote the show’s accompanying essay ‘Hand-making Complexity‘.
Gareth Williams is Head of the Department of Design in the School of Art and Design and Professor of Design at Middlesex University.
We’ll also be joined by exhibitors Silo Studio and Rive Roshan.

Delve into Electro Craft, an innovative group exhibition focused on the ‘craft of electronics and electronics made as craft’. Over their glass of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, guests will enjoy a talk by Tord Boontje – a key initiator of the exhibition – and designers Andrew Shoben, Ariane Prin and Marjan van Aubel on the ways on which this concept is present in their work. Tord will also discuss ‘The Enchanting Tree’ created exclusively for Perrier-Jouët, which drew inspiration from nature and explores the relationship between nature and technology.
